ABOUT US

LNA is the first sponsored saudi female training center in the kingdom, providing job ready females for technical and vocational industries A diversified economy calls for a diversified workforce, therefore, female training was looked at to be aligned with the Kingdom’s vision. LNA is a Not-For-Profit Training Institution established by its four Founding Stakeholders; Saudi Aramco, the Ministry of Labor and Social Development (MLSD), the Technical & Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC), and Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF). The academy train young sponsored Saudi females for entry-level jobs in different vocational trades and sectors. This endevour introduces new opportunities and skills for females that did not existed in the market before. The wide-ranging curriculum of general training, upskilling, and certification will be the key to creating talent flows to participate in meeting the demand of the Kingdom’s energy ecosystem as a whole.

Welcome to the Leading National Academy (LNA). Guided by Saudi Arabia’s “Vision 2030” spirit, LNA is proud to share with you a host of professional, technical, and vocational opportunities for talented Saudi women. In line with LNA’s vision, “Leading in Diversifying Employment Opportunities”, and LNA’s mission “To diversify the capabilities of the female Saudi workforce through economy driven, elite, and agile training”, LNA takes great pride in being LNA takes great pride in being able to contribute to the Kingdom’s dynamic evolving work environment with the aim of bridging the gap towards employment. LNA does this by developing the skills needed to meet the professional requirements of leading companies, organizations and industries through LNA’s vast offerings which include upskilling and tailored programs.
