LNA is the first sponsored saudi female training center in the kingdom, providing job ready females for technical and vocational industries
A diversified economy calls for a diversified workforce, therefore, female training was looked at to be aligned with the Kingdom’s vision. LNA is a Not-For-Profit Training Institution established by its four Founding Stakeholders; Saudi Aramco, the Ministry of Labor and Social Development (MLSD), the Technical & Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC), and Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF). The academy train young sponsored Saudi females for entry-level jobs in different vocational trades and sectors. This endevour introduces new opportunities and skills for females that did not existed in the market before. The wide-ranging curriculum of general training, upskilling, and certification will be the key to creating talent flows to participate in meeting the demand of the Kingdom’s energy ecosystem as a whole.
