Health & Safety POLICY

PS-LNA-FHS-001, Rev.00

Leading National Academy (LNA) is committed to providing and maintaining a safe, healthy, and supportive environment for all employees, trainees, contractors, and visitors. The Executive Management places the highest priority on health and safety and recognizes that identifying, assessing, and controlling risks is essential to preventing injury, loss of life, and damage to property, as well as ensuring overall operational effectiveness and well-being.

We are dedicated to continuously improving our Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) performance and reducing the likelihood of accidents, incidents, and hazards within our workplaces and training facilities.

To fulfill this commitment, LNA shall:

  • Ensure strong and effective leadership for Occupational Health & Safety at all levels, while emphasizing that safe behavior and compliance are shared responsibilities across the entire organization, including all trainees.
  • Systematically identify, assess, and evaluate potential OHS risks and implement appropriate controls with ongoing monitoring and continual improvement.
  • Communicate, consult, and engage employees and trainees in OHS initiatives and decision-making to promote awareness, commitment, and proactive participation.
  • Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and other relevant requirements related to occupational health, safety, and environmental protection.
  • Establish measurable objectives and targets to enhance OHS performance and integrate risk-based thinking into planning, operations, and service delivery.
  • Maintain documented processes and regularly monitor, audit, and review the effectiveness of the OHS management system for continual improvement.
  • Protect the health, safety, and welfare of individuals and safeguard property and resources to ensure continuity and sustainability of operations.
