QUALITY POLICY

PS-LNA-QMS-001, Rev.00

Leading National Academy (LNA) is committed to delivering high-quality vocational and technical training programs that meet the needs of our learners, employers, and stakeholders while complying with national regulations and international standards.

Our commitments are reflected in the following principles:

  • LNA listens to and understands the requirements of learners, employers, industry partners, and regulatory bodies, striving to exceed their expectations through relevant and effective training programs.
  • National statutory, regulatory, and accreditation requirements are strictly adhered to, ensuring all training activities meet applicable standards, contribute to workforce development, and are managed considering risks and opportunities.
  • Advancement is achieved by regularly reviewing and enhancing our processes, teaching methods, and services, ensuring the suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness of our Quality Management System (QMS) and promoting continual improvement.
  • Learning and competence are developed in our staff and faculty, ensuring they have the skills, resources, and environment to deliver training excellence.
  • Navigating with evidence, data-driven insights, monitoring, evaluation, and stakeholder feedback are used to make informed decisions that improve outcomes.
  • Alliances are built with employers, government agencies, and industry sectors to enhance employability and the impact of our training programs.

LNA considers climate change and other relevant external issues in the context of the QMS to ensure continued effectiveness and alignment with stakeholder expectations.

This Quality Policy provides a framework for establishing and reviewing quality objectives at all levels of the Academy. It is communicated, understood, and applied by all employees and made available to stakeholders.
