Business Administration Program

Business Administration program will prepare trainees with the technical and administrative skills required to be a successful administrator in today’s fast-paced business environment. This program emphasizes real world application of business theories and skills that compete on a global scale. Areas of focus include economics, political and legal environment of business, principles of marketing, organizational structure, basic economics and finance, the marketing mix, labor relations, and customer relations. There are many opportunities for administrative and supervisor jobs and this course will ensure graduates are qualified in that respect.

Provides high-value experiential knowledge and skills about Business Operations, Business Planning, Business Development and Protection

Trainees will learn about Customer and Client management, Business legislations, Sales & Marketing and core business management tools

Trainees will also learn about Finance and Information system, Business Documents, Storage and Presentations

Obtain the required English, Math, and Clerical skills necessary for the work environment

Support the planning, implementation and monitoring of projects

Explain the role of the human resource function and its impact on an organization

Use accounting and financial principles to support the operations of an organization

Describe and apply marketing and sales concepts used to support the operations of an organization

Apply principles of corporate sustainability, corporate social responsibility and ethics to support an organization’s business initiatives

Develop strategies for ongoing personal and professional development to enhance work performance in the business field

Outline and assess the components of a business plan​

Use current concepts/ systems and technologies to support an organization’s business initiatives

Apply basic research skills to support business decision making

Identify and discuss the impact of global issues on an organization’s business opportunities by using an environmental scan

Perform work in compliance with relevant statutes, regulations and business practices
